These words I will share with you are formed to motivate, inspire and make you a different teacher who knows what
she is doing and have good results at the end. Do take them, store them in your mind and apply them. Here I shall
show you how to carry out this and where to trace the words.
Students should learn from you and wish to be a teacher when they grow up. You must make an example so that people
can follow your wonderful work. You must be honest to yourself and the pupil. Don’t tell yourself that you teach
because you want money NO! Love your job too. Encourage the kids to put more effort in their schoolwork than
they’ve always thought they could. Motivate them by even offering some gifts for their excellent work they have
done. For instance by giving the top three different medals of honor for passed monthly or end of term tests.
Another alternative on teacher words of encouragement is that it is very special to be a
teacher especially because you are building a better future to the kids. The way you do it should leave people
wondering how you succeed. Some would disapprove it but some would appreciate too. Inspire them to read, write,
respect, be apologetic and be accountable for their acts. Students should always feel happy and secure during your
periods. Make them use their intelligence, go after their spirits as if it is a gift from God and they will prosper
in life. They must not forget their roots.
I am sure that from today you will make a difference in your school and be an example to some other teachers.
